BELLS was planted in Bellvista and Bells Reach, on QLD’s Sunshine Coast in mid 2015, on a Saturday evening of pizza on the footpath outside ‘Retro’s’. We don’t have buildings of our own, other than our homes. We gather for Sunday dinner and worship at Bellvista Meeting Place.
We are engaged with Caloundra and other parts of the Sunshine Coast. Since late 2023 we have established BELLS on Main community space, in a shopfront at 2/11 Bulcock Street.
We provide a meal bank with Urban Angels, support two State School Chaplaincies, Roofs to Recovery, Clean Up Australia and provide ‘street libraries’ in the neighbourhood. We’re grateful for partnerships with many other community organisations.
