BELLS was planted in Bellvista and Bells Reach, on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, in mid 2015, on a Saturday evening of pizza on the footpath outside ‘Retro’s’. We didn’t have buildings of our own, other than our homes. We gathered for Sunday dinner and worship at Bellvista Meeting Place.
We are engaged with Caloundra and other parts of the Sunshine Coast. Since late 2023 we have established BELLS on Main community space, in a shopfront at 2/11 Bulcock Street.
We support Urban Angels meal bank, two State School Chaplaincies, Roofs to Recovery, Clean Up Australia. We are grateful for partnerships with many other community organisations, in particular businesses on Bulcock Street, Caloundra.
